About the role

Morley Continental Meats is seeking an experienced butcher knife hand to join our team in our Morley, WA 6062 location on a casual basis. As a butcher knife hand, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products to our high standards, ensuring our customers receive the finest quality and service.

What you'll be doing

Cutting, trimming and preparing meat products to customer specifications

Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met

Providing exceptional customer service and advising customers on product selection

Assisting with stock control and replenishment

Following all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a butcher knife hand in a commercial setting

Strong knife skills and the ability to cut meat to precise specifications

Knowledge of various meat cuts and preparation techniques

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide product recommendations

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
