About the role

We are seeking a experienced Truck Driver / Warehouse professional to join the team at GV Transport. This full-time role is based in Somerton, VIC and will involve both driving deliveries and assisting with warehouse duties.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating trucks to transport New Furniture to customer store locations

Loading and unloading trucks

Maintaining accurate delivery documentation and records

Assisting with general warehouse duties such as inventory management, picking, packing and dispatching orders

Adhering to all safety policies and procedures

Providing excellent customer service

What we're looking for

A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence

Demonstrated experience in a similar truck driving and warehouse role

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
