Job Title: Project Manager – HRIS Implementation
Location: Perth
Salary: Up to $135,000 + Enhanced Super and other benefits
Job Type: Full-Time | 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract (potential extension)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in delivering HRIS or HCM projects? Do you have experience working with HR stakeholders? PSG are seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation of a new Human Resource Information System for a progressive and community-focused local council authority in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the lifecycle of the HRIS implementation from planning to go-live and post-implementation review
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and data migration
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering HRIS or HCM system implementations. Open on different systems as a solution is yet to be chosen
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and systems
• Excellent HR stakeholder management and communication skills
• Relevant project management qualifications
