We’re seeking a skilled and down-to-earth Facialist / Assistant Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated beauty professional who thrives in a client-focused, supportive environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Role

This hybrid position combines hands-on beauty therapy with front-of-house leadership, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Details:

• Location: Racecourse Village, 188 Nudgee Road, Ascot, Brisbane QLD 4007. Conveniently located in the Woolworths Complex – enjoy free all-day parking, easy public transport access, and proximity to cafes, restaurants, and shops.
• Hours: 2-3 days per week / Set Roster / Closed Sundays.
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate – commensurate with experience (discussed during interview) – $38.90 weekdays and $46.90 Saturdays.

What You’ll Bring:

Qualifications: Certification III, IV, or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.

Treatment Skills: Confident in relaxing and advanced facials, brow waxing and tinting, and spray tanning.

Bonus Experience (not essential): IPL Skin Rejuvenation/Hair Reduction, Phorest/Shortcuts/Timely booking systems (training provided).

Leadership Experience:

• Team training, mentoring, and development.
• Roster and KPI management.
• Sales coaching and stock control.
• Opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

Professional Qualities:

• Impeccable grooming and presentation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to learn.
• Excellent time management and collaboration skills.
