Responsibilities

• Supervising residential maintenance works delivered by contractors and internal trades.
• Inspecting properties and managing onsite activities.
• Engaging with contractors, seeking quotes, and raising work orders.
• Coordinating building project scoping, including site inspections and asbestos sampling.
• Supporting the delivery of construction and upgrade projects by managing office, field staff, and subcontractors.

Key duties

• Deliver maintenance services via internal trades and contractors.
• Communicate with stakeholders and complete necessary paperwork.
• Ensure safety compliance and uphold procurement and HR practices.
• Report to the Senior Supervisor.

Successful candidate

• Experience in building maintenance supervision.
• A track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong skills in contract management.
• Solid understanding of Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) standards.
• Good computer skills for managing documentation and reports.
• A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
