We are seeking a motivated and experienced Producer to join our dynamic team. As a Producer, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of content and production projects, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Whilst working closely with the director of the company and production team as well as producers below to contribute and inspire junior team members.

We are looking for a Producer who is proficient in executing and delivering work from direct to client and agency projects.

1. Client Acquisition:

Pricing and Negotiation: Skillfully price, negotiate, and secure project briefs with prospective clients.

Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

2. Project Handovers:

Seamless Transition: Organize smooth project handovers to the production team, ensuring clarity on client expectations and project specifics.

3. Producing

Producing with the assistance of the production manager on large and small.

Onset Producing responsibilities

Scheduling and Client Coms

3. Understanding of Briefs:

Industry Expertise: Utilise your strong industry knowledge to understand project briefs and provide accurate quotes based on industry-standard rates.

4. Team Growth and Process Refinement:

Mentorship: Assist in the growth and development of junior members of the production team, providing guidance and support.

Process Enhancement: Collaborate with the team to refine and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a producer role within the production industry. Minimum 5 years of agency or production company experience.

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

- Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.

- Proficiency in project pricing and budgeting.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities

- Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior team members.
