Key accountabilities include:

Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and project-specific requirement for Brady Constructions and other entities within the Group

Reconcile payments with subcontractors to ensure alignment on amounts paid and outstanding, promptly resolving any discrepancies

· Reconcile monthly supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in coordination with procurement and project management teams.

· Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and vendors to validate invoice details, resolve queries, and ensure smooth payment processing.

· Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable inbox and respond to vendor queries promptly and professionally.

Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs, including EFT and cheque payments, ensuring adherence to contractual terms.

Assist in month-end closing activities

Assist with reception duties on a shared basis with other staff, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

This is a full-time office-based position to support effective collaboration and team engagement.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Assistant position or similar.

· Prior experience in the construction industry is highly regarded, especially in managing complex AP workflows involving subcontractor claims and retention payments.

High level verbal and written communication skills.

System experience – Jobpac (Preferable)

Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised.

High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and a ‘can do’ attitude.
