Work Hours

• Monday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Tuesday-Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Note: Shift times may vary depending on operational needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining moulding machines and related equipment to ensure maximum output.
• Diagnosing and repairing machinery during breakdowns.
• Performing preventive maintenance and updating maintenance schedules.
• Managing spare parts - including purchasing and inventory control.
• Supporting engineering projects and assisting with new equipment installations.
• Keeping maintenance records up to date via our maintenance database.
• Promoting and maintaining safety standards in line with company procedures.
• Collaborating with production staff and participating in continuous improvement efforts.

What You'll Need

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience on lathes, mills & some welding.
• Great attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Clear communication skills.
• Australian trade certificate
• Forklift licence (advantageous)
• Follow all company safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures.
