We have an exciting opportunity working with our Mining client to join a dynamic and forward-thinking HR team based in Perth FIFO on a 6-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal HR Advisor role where you'll support strategic change initiatives and help shape the future of the organisation.

This role is based in the on-site FIFO 5,3 / 4,2 with some day in the Perth office.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple stakeholders and complex matters, ideally within Mining. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals across a diverse portfolio

Align operational HR delivery with broader transformational objectives

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide HR guidance

Support the implementation of a refreshed operating model across the HR function

Apply your expertise in shared services, particularly in payroll and core HR processes

Navigate complex stakeholder environments, balancing high-volume, high-impact HR work

Drive internal projects, focusing on continuous improvement and standardisation

About You:

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline

Proven ability to engage and influence business leaders and key stakeholders

Strong track record in leading organisational change and executing complex change programs

Strategic mindset with the ability to assess and plan change, resourcing and capability needs

Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability within matrixed and fast-paced environments

Extensive experience in a generalist HR role, ideally with exposure to the resources or industrial sector

Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets to generate actionable insights

Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP, Workday, and data reporting tools

3–5 years' experience in a similar HR role
