The opportunity is for a level 2/3 professional engineer (as defined by Professionals Australia* www.professionalengineers.org.au) registered in Victoria, and endorsed to work in the building industry.

Work is carried out within broad guidelines requiring conformity with overall objectives, relative priorities and necessary co-operation with other units. Informed professional engineering guidance may be available.

The professional engineer outlines and assigns work, reviews it for technical accuracy and adequacy, and may plan, direct, co-ordinate and supervise the work of other professional and technical staff. "

A significant degree of experience in the design of complex steel, concrete, masonry and timber building structures to the relevant Australian standards using ETABS, STRAND, RAPT, SPACEGASS or equivalent programs is needed. The candidate should be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
