About the Role

MS Dynamics (both CRM and ERP) is a core application utilised by most areas of the business. They have a team of 7 who are handle development of the system and also provide high level support to the platform.

The role centres on managing & leading that team, prioritising tasks, ensuring quality code, driving continuous improvement, managing relationships with stakeholders across the business & IT, overseeing ITSM integration, working with other dev teams & the solution architect.

Strong technical knowledge around Dynamics is essential, as is the ability to get your hands dirty when it comes to system config or cutting code.

You equally need to be a strong communicator, able to engage with a range of stakeholders, and be a strong leader, able to motivate, mentor & encourage drive innovation.
