We are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our dynamic team, drive performance, and support our next phase of growth.

What you’ll do:

Lead and coach our sales team, setting clear targets and fostering a performance-driven culture

Identify new business opportunities to expand market share across the Northern Territory

Manage commercial and domestic projects from planning through to completion

Provide problem-solving and onsite guidance to team members during installations

Collaborate with senior management on strategy, planning and operational improvements

Ensure customer satisfaction through a hands-on, solutions-focused approach

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in operations management, ideally in the home improvement or construction industry

Strong leadership and mentoring skills across sales, factory, and installation teams

Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and business development

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

A proactive, hands-on attitude toward achieving business goals
