Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs

Experienced in areas of gyprock, letterbox, timber, fencing, roofing and welding repairs is preferred

Diagnose issues and determine the best repair solutions

Install fixtures, repair walls, doors, flooring,

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Ensure all work is done to safety standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a related field

Own tools and reliable transportation preferred (company vehicle to the right candidate)

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
