What You’ll Do:
Engage with customers to understand their needs through insightful questioning and recommend insurance plans that meet their unique objectives.
Effectively explain pricing, coverage options, key features, benefits, specialised services, and a wide range of product choices.
Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Show resilience and maintain high levels of motivation while handling a high volume of consecutive calls.
Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
What You’ll Bring:
A team-focused mindset and strong motivation to achieve goals.
Clear communication and problem-solving skills to support customer decisions.
Openness to coaching and a desire to keep learning.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential.
