Linet Group is a global company that specializes in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of healthcare and hospital beds, as well as related medical equipment and furniture. We are seeking a customer focused Service Technician for a role in our Service & Maintenance division.

About the Role

Reporting to the Biomedical Services Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of excellent service to our internal and external customers, whilst servicing and repairing medical equipment. The role is based in Moorebank NSW, and mainly services the Greater Sydney region with periodic short term travel to customers outside Sydney.

This is a full-time permanent position (37.5 hours per week) and is Monday to Friday and is remunerated on a per hourly rate + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation.

About You

You are a customer focused service technician who has a great attention to detail and takes an organised approach to their work. You will work well in a team environment, have a strong customer service ethic and be comfortable working in a semi-autonomous fashion with limited supervision.

You are mechanically minded, familiar with electronics and must have willingness to up-skill as full training will be provided.

This is an important and busy role, so our successful candidate will appreciate a fast-paced work environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities. Above all, we are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer service.

You will require a current Class C Drivers Licence and be willing to undertake a National Police Check.
