Project Manager – ERP/CRM Implementation
Location: Perth, WA
Contract: 7-month initial contract starting June 2025
Industry: Not-for-Profit
Our client, a respected organisation in the not-for-profit sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead two critical transformation projects – the implementation of an ERP system (Microchannel) and a CRM platform (Navata, including a member portal and website integration). This is a rare opportunity to play a central role in a strategic, board-sponsored digital uplift.
About the Projects:
ERP implementation using Waterfall methodology, with a go-live deadline before December 2025 (aligned with audit requirements).
CRM & Member Portal implementation using Agile, targeting January 2026 for go-live (aligned with the school year).
Third-party vendors are engaged and in place to support delivery.
Currently managed by two separate leads – this role will unify and oversee delivery across both projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of both ERP and CRM projects.
Manage interdependencies between the two projects and ensure coordinated delivery.
Drive stakeholder engagement, particularly around change management and user adoption.
Validate existing requirements and guide the selection and configuration with vendors.
Ensure data migration, particularly from the current website into the new CRM, is successfully delivered.
Work closely with internal sponsors including the CIO, Board, and project owner.
About you:
Demonstrated experience delivering complex ERP and CRM projects, ideally in a not-for-profit or member-based organisation.
Proven track record in change management, stakeholder engagement and end-user readiness – this is a critical component of success in this role.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to guide and lead – this is not a hands-on delivery role, but one that will steer and coordinate the moving parts.
Excellent communication and planning skills.
A local presence is essential – this role requires full-time in-office work.
Must have full working rights in Australia.
Interview Process:
Single round interview involving four stakeholders.
Interviews commencing immediately.
If you’re a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for purpose-driven work and transformation leadership, we want to hear from you. Apply today to join a values-led organisation delivering meaningful change.
