About the Role
As our Training Coordination Team Leader, you’ll support the delivery of the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you will also lead regional teams of Training Coordinators and Program Support Officers, ensuring a seamless experience for registrars, supervisors and practices within your training region.
As a Training Coordination Team Leader, you'll:
- coordinate and oversee complex registrar training, supervisor engagement, accreditation, and event delivery.
- ensure accurate program data management and prepare regular reports against key performance indicators.
- collaborate with Medical Educators and internal teams to provide a seamless and responsive service to stakeholders.
- oversee the accreditation and reaccreditation of training facilities within the local training region.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience with the AGPT program or similar education delivery initiatives.
- Proven leadership experience in health or education settings.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to resolve complex issues through analysis and decision-making.
