Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely and provide strategic support to the State Retail Manager.

Manage daily retail operations efficiently and proactively.

Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to a diverse team, adapting management approaches as needed.

Ensure outstanding customer service standards are consistently met.

Handle basic account management responsibilities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Develop insightful reports and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Skills & Experience Required:
