Job Title: Trainee Injection Moulding Operator
Location: Auburn NSW 2144
Salary: [Starting 51K] + Overtime available

Standard hours are 38Hrs Monday-Friday 7:15am - 3:20pm.

Job Description:
As a Trainee Injection Moulding Operator, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to operate injection Moulding machines effectively. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, allowing you to develop essential skills and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn to operate and maintain injection moulding machines

Monitor production processes, ensuring quality standards are met

Assist in troubleshooting machine malfunctions and quality issues

Perform routine checks and maintenance on machines and equipment

Work alongside experienced team members to improve production efficiency

Follow all health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment

Keep accurate records of production data and materials used

Requirements:

No prior experience in injection moulding is required (training will be provided)

A keen interest in learning and developing technical skills

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Ability to work well within a team

Good communication skills

Forklift license is a plus but not essential
