About the role

AAA Pallets Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Process Workers to join our team in Minto, NSW. As a full-time Process Worker, you will be responsible for the assembly and processing of high-quality wooden pallets, playing a vital role in our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

Assemble wooden crates and pallets to meet production targets and quality standards

Operate machinery and equipment used in the pallet manufacturing process

Perform general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading of materials

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly-line environment, preferably in the pallet or wood processing industry

Timber crate making a strong advantage

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy

Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials

A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

A commitment to workplace health and safety

Fork lift licence, or willing to obtain fork lift licence
