We are currently seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our Canberra-based team. This role is ideal for professionals who want to practise with purpose while enjoying flexible hours and a hybrid work model.

About the Role
You will provide person-centred therapy across home, community, and online settings. This includes assessments, ongoing interventions, and reporting, primarily under the NDIS framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality therapy to clients across the lifespan

Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments and prepare NDIS documentation

Provide support to children with developmental and behavioural needs

Commit to consistent weekly sessions for continuity of care

Maintain timely and accurate clinical records and reports

What We Offer:

Hourly rates between $80 and $120, depending on experience

Flexible hybrid work model – in-person and telehealth

Full administrative support including scheduling, invoicing, and client communication

What You Need:

Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration

ABN and appropriate insurance cover (professional indemnity and public liability) - also open if you would like to work as a casual team member

Valid Working with Vulnerable People and Working with Children clearance

Current driver licence, a car available for work purposes, and comprehensive car insurance

Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confidence working independently in a community setting
