Site engineer / project engineer required for Asphalt contractor- $100- $120k+super+vehicle

Asphalt and road rehabilitation is a unique business and specialist side of construction. Our client has been at the forefront across Victoria and WA for decades. Family run, close knit culture, good values, and repeat clients, due to an increase in projects, they require a hands on site engineer or supervisor ideally with strong exposure to asphalt.

Your new role

A hands on site based role, you will be operating across various sites in the Northern suburbs. Clients range from private developers to councils to various other state and private clients. who will oversee crews and subcontractors, safety and quality. Reporting into the Operations Manager who is a genuinely cracking guy who counts culture and people as everything, you will have overall responsibility for project delivery for all projects start to finish.

What you'll need to succeed

As per clients request you MUST have;

Between 4-7 years experience

A civil engineering Degree
Based in the North able to work across 4- 5 projects
Excellent communication skills- being on-site must be able to deal with crews
Experience working for a Civil Contractor here in Victoria
Strong understanding and exposure to Asphalt would be beneficial
