To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• Experience in teaching literacy and numeracy.
• A tertiary teaching qualification and the ability to use Microsoft Office and student data systems.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to work well within a team and the wider organization.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
• An openness to innovation and change.
• A commitment to meeting standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO).
• Art or music qualifications and experience (Desirable).
