Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough document control and data accuracy checks
• Review and cross-check supplier invoices, address data, and records
• Support supply chain compliance and due diligence activities
• Ensure all data aligns across systems and is audit-ready
• Assist in identifying and correcting discrepancies
• Work independently and accurately under tight deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in document control, administration, or data review roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data
• Confidence in working with databases, invoices, and tracking documentation
• Exposure to audit processes in finance, legal, or supply chain (highly desirable)
• Fast learner, reliable, and able to hit the ground running
