The Role

We invite applications from passionate and dedicated educators for the role of Secondary School Mathematics Teacher. This is a fixed-term contract position, commencing Term 3 on 14 July 2025 and concluding on 5 December 2025, with a workload of 0.8 FTE up to full-time.

What we're looking for

A recognised teaching qualification and registration with the Queensland College of Teachers

Demonstrated experience teaching in a secondary school environment

Strong subject matter expertise in your area of teaching

The ability to teach in other subject areas will be highly regarded

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents and colleagues

A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in your students

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to the evolving needs of the school
