Reporting into the Head of Finance of this diversified real estate group, this is a highly commercial FM role and a key leadership role.

You are responsible for the delivery of financial and commercial deliverables for a portfolio of assets, including all asset-level accounting, analysis and reporting.

You will also play a role in the delivery of financial and commercial analysis & insights for the portfolio, as well as budgeting and forecasting. Your team's input and analysis will directly impact commercial decisions made at an asset level and will ultimately contribute to the strategic direction of the wider organisation.

Whilst growing and managing the team, you'll play a role in managing relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders including Ex-Co.

As a member of the finance leadership team, you'll play an integral part in the execution of strategy and business planning, as well as identification and implementation of projects and process improvement initiatives in order to aid growth initiatives. Finally you'll have a part to play around transactions, such as ensuring smooth integration of newly acquired assets into the portfolio.

You are a CA or CPA qualified property finance professional, with extensive experience in the commercial real estate field (property finance experience required), preferably within a similarly operational, business-facing role.

You're ideally a proven leader, who enjoys mentoring and developing staff. Or otherwise you're a Senior Property Accountant looking to transition into a leadership role. Either way, your stakeholder engagement & communication skills are excellent.
