About the Role:

The firm is looking for someone experienced in tax compliance and advisory who can manage a client base across a variety of industries – from SMEs and family groups to growing corporates. There’s plenty of room to grow into a leadership role, minus the red tape.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing end-to-end tax compliance for companies, trusts, partnerships & individuals
• Delivering tax planning strategies and working closely with clients on structuring
• Reviewing work, mentoring junior staff, and leading by example
• Supporting advisory work including FBT, CGT, Division 7A and restructuring
• Building long-term relationships with clients (not just punching numbers)

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years’ experience in public practice (mid-tier or similar ideal)
• CA or CPA qualified (or nearly there)
• Strong technical knowledge, but able to explain things in plain English
• A team player who lifts others up and loves a good challenge
• Some banter and a good coffee order never hurt either
