About the role

In this role, your duties as a Retail Store Manager will include but not be limited to:

• leading and motivating your teams to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture
• training your teams to deliver exceptional customer service and styling
• ensuring your stores consistently meet the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards
• completing operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock and financial management
• developing/executing strategies that will amplify business results.

What we're looking for

• Previous fashion retail experience (Store/Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor role preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A creative eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• A passion for customer service and building strong relationships
• Bring your love for Seafolly fashion, the beach and all things summer!
