About Our Client

Our client is a leading mining contractor operating at the Murrawombie Copper Mine in Nyngan. With a strong focus on safety, performance, and a positive team culture, this project presents an excellent opportunity for experienced mining operators seeking stability and competitive pay.

What you will be doing

Working at Murrawombie Copper Mine, Nyngan

Operating large-scale mining equipment including:

CAT 777F Dump Trucks

CAT 6030 Excavators

Komatsu PC1250

CAT D10 Dozers

CAT 16M Grader

CAT 773D Water Cart

Working a 2:1 roster – one week days, one "pyjama" changeover day, one week nights, then one week off

Following strict safety and environmental protocols on site

Contributing to a team-focused and proactive safety culture

What you will need

Minimum 12 months’ experience in a mining environment

Proven experience operating large-scale mining equipment (>120t)

Relevant competencies highly desirable:

RIIRIS301D (G1)

RIIWHS301D (G8)

RIICOM301D (G9)

Strong safety focus and ability to work as part of a team & Commitment to continuous improvement
