You’ll work directly under the guidance of Jacinta Watkins, our Partner and “Legacy Peace Facilitator,” known for her compassionate, client-first approach and innovative mindset. With a focus on practical skills, mentorship, and continuous development, you’ll grow your expertise in:

Estate planning

Deceased estates and probate

Contested estates and family provision matters

Collaborative and resolution-focused strategies

What we’re looking for:

1–2 years PAE with some exposure to wills & estates matters

A strong interest in building a niche in succession law

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Empathy, initiative, and a growth mindset
