We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join our team. This role will report into the General Manager, Transformation. Are you a Change Manager who is passionate about leading and managing change initiatives whilst enhancing care quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, management, and frontline staff to ensure a smooth transition during change projects, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
This is a full-time fixed term role based in our Coolangatta office. Hybrid opportunities available for the successful candidate!
Here's what a typical day might look like for you:
- Develop and implement change management strategies/plans to support organizational initiatives in the aged care sector.
- Conduct impact assessments and define change goals, including identifying stakeholders, setting objectives, and establishing KPIs.
- Align change management plans with organizational priorities/regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Develop and execute communication plans to keep staff, residents, and families informed and engaged throughout change projects.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and presentations
About YOU:
- Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager/Specialist within business transformation initiatives
- Qualifications of a bachelor's degree in business, Health Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter's 8 Steps) is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in leading complex projects
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the aged care, healthcare, or community services sector
- You hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
