Your role

Support the end-to-end delivery of digital project implementation, including websites and intranets migrations, from concept to launch. Help create accessible, user-focused products that meet business and community needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you'll support the Senior Product Delivery Officer in delivering high-quality digital projects, including websites and intranets migrations, in an agile environment. You'll work closely with the broader Digital Experience team to coordinate and progress tasks, using tools including Jira to track activity and support sprint delivery.

A key part of the role is building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure projects stay on time and in scope.

Your day-to-day will involve coordinating key project tasks and timelines, supporting sprint planning, assisting with content migration and page building, and conducting rigorous quality assurance testing. You'll also help maintain clear, up-to-date documentation to support governance and project transparency.

An essential part of this role is ensuring all digital products meet accessibility standards, creating inclusive experiences for all users. This role suits someone who is proactive, organised, and confident working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced digital environment.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

· Tertiary qualifications in Information and Digital Technology, Digital Communications or equivalent related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.

· Proven experience working on large-scale digital projects, particularly websites and intranets.

· Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

· Self-accountable with a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.

· Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

· Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with related project management tools like Jira.

· Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for government digital communications, including security, accessibility (including latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines [WCAG AA]), usability, compliance with legislative requirements, brand management and procurement.
