About the role
Join the team at City Crane Trucks' as a Crane Truck Driver in our Adelaide, SA 5000 depot. This is a casual role (WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR FULLTIME), offering the flexibility to work around your schedule. As a Crane Truck Driver, you will be an integral part of our operations, responsible for safely transporting and operating our specialised crane trucks to worksites across the region.
What you'll be doing
Safely operate and manoeuvre crane trucks to transport equipment and materials to various job sites
Conduct pre-start checks and maintain the crane truck to ensure it is well-presented and roadworthy
Provide excellent customer service when delivering loads and interacting with clients
Comply with all relevant road transport regulations and safety procedures
Assist with loading and unloading of crane trucks as required
Maintain detailed records of deliveries, maintenance and any incidents
What we're looking for
Possess a valid HC driver's licence with a proven safe driving record
Experience operating and manoeuvring large commercial vehicles, preferably crane trucks
Strong knowledge of road transport regulations and safety best practices
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling tasks
Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high-quality work
