In collaboration with the Manager, Coronial Family Service, the role is responsible for clinical governance; the coordination of service delivery, human and material management, advanced team communication, to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient service delivery.

• Demonstrate high level knowledge and ability to analyse concepts and strategies and high level conceptual and problem-solving ability to analyse evidence, and to provide advice on policies, strategy and innovative solutions with respect to best practice patient care and Divisional management.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills including conflict resolution, negotiation, consultation and communication skills to deal with the needs and concerns of internal stakeholders and health service partners, including the ability to manage people and situations flexibly and responsively.
