About the role

We are seeking a motivated Pool Renovation Assistant to join our team at Ecostyle Pool Renovations' in Wangara, WA. This is a casual role at first, focusing on supporting the delivery of high-quality pool renovations, with a key focus on fibreglass and plastering work. After a qualifying period the position will become full-time to the right applicant.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the preparation, application and finishing of fibreglass for pool renovations
• Carrying out plastering work on pool surfaces as required
• Providing general labouring support to the renovation team as needed
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with industry regulations

What we're looking for

• Some experience in labouring, fibreglass or plastering work, ideally in the pool renovation or construction industry
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work neatly and precisely
• A positive, proactive and flexible approach to your work
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to take direction
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
