About the Role
As their new ArchiCAD Draftsperson, your focus will be on technical production drafting, delivering high-quality DA, CDC, and CC documentation. You’ll work across a range of builds, from single and double-storey homes to duplexes and custom designs.

Key responsibilities include:

Producing accurate, compliant DA, CDC and CC drawings using ArchiCAD

Working across a variety of residential typologies

Liaising with internal teams and consultants to ensure seamless documentation and delivery

About You

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in residential drafting

Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD

Solid understanding of NCC, local council rules, and construction detailing

Confident working independently while collaborating closely with others

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
