Make a Difference Every Day...
Provide expert nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
Collaborate within a specialised, multidisciplinary team
Support best practices in sedation monitoring and post-procedure care
Participate in the development and delivery of clinical improvements and patient safety initiatives
Contribute to the orientation and mentoring of new team members
Embrace continuing education and learning within a leading gastrointestinal service
Maintain a calm, organised, and empathetic presence in a fast-paced procedural environment
What Makes a Difference for Us?
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Experience in endoscopy or perioperative nursing is highly desirable
A patient-centred approach with strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including early starts
Availability to participate in the on-call roster, including weeknight and weekend coverage
