We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our labour hire division in the North West of Melbourne.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to recruit and manage a key account.

Duties:

Screening and interviewing candidates

Ability to hold and run onsite inductions

Confirming candidate rosters

Onsite check starts

Communication with the clients

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in the following:

End to end recruitment

Ability to build successful business relationships with both clients and candidates

Superior time management and ability to multitask

Exemplary communication skills

Flexibility to work seamlessly across different industries

Flexibility to commence between 6am and 9am as per business requirements

Work between the North and Western suburbs of Melbourne
