Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist, ideally with experience in education, to join of our early childhood services. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates in teaching and education support positions. Your work will directly impact the quality of education in the community. An understanding of Early Childhood Education is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with schools to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Onboarding Support: Assist candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed advice to both clients and candidates.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or a related field. Experience in the Irish market is desirable.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge: Understanding of the Victorian education system and relevant recruitment policies.
