This is a key position for someone who thrives on managing candidate pipelines, coordinating placements, maintaining strong client relationships, and keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

• Have proven experience in recruitment
• Bring senior office administration or operations experience
• Can manage multiple vacancies and candidates at once with accuracy and speed
• Are proactive and professional with exceptional organisation and communication skills
• Can confidently support consultants, manage systems, and respond quickly to business needs
• Enjoy working autonomously in a virtual environment
• Hold (or are working towards) qualifications in Human Resources or Business Administration – highly regarded
