Columba Catholic Primary School Bunyip is seeking a dynamic and innovative teacher to work in partnership with our staff, student and parent community starting in Term 3 2025.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children. They will;

hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.

demonstrate a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children

develop and maintain professional and caring relationships

engage students in learning and facilitate best educational practice

demonstrate a commitment to the ethos of the Catholic church and school

display strong interpersonal and communication skills

effectively work as part of a professional educative team

demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the Victorian curriculum and RE curriculum

differentiate learning and make learning adjustments according to student needs

actively involve themselves in personal learning

hold an accreditation or be willing to engage in accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school.

The successful applicant will possess the skills and abilities necessary to provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience and will embrace a collegial, team-based approach to teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will be appropriately qualified, demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to deliver the appropriate curriculum to a range of educational abilities, and be able to provide care and support for students whilst supporting and respecting the ethos of the school and its environment.
