What You'll Be Doing:
Located in Perth’s northern suburbs, the Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging in prospecting and client relationship management to drive sales and support business growth. You will be well-supported by an experienced and engaging State Sales Lead, along with technical specialists to assist in showcasing new technologies and innovations.

Your Areas of Impact:

  • Managing an existing base of ~60 customers while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and bring on new business
  • Building genuine, long-term relationships with wholesalers and contractors across your territory
  • Supporting your clients with product knowledge, promotional support, merchandising, and occasional training
  • Planning your own call cycles using CRM tools, keeping track of conversations, opportunities, and outcomes
  • Staying across competitor activity and being proactive in sharing insights internally

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in a technical, trade, or construction-related environment
  • An understanding of how electrical wholesalers and contractors operate — or a strong willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated, with the discipline to manage your own territory and schedule
  • Confident communicator who can earn trust and build rapport easily
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and reviewing sales trends to guide your activity
  • A team player who enjoys being part of a business that values quality, consistency, and service
