About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you'll be the key liaison for clients, ensuring their packaging needs are met with precision and professionalism. You'll leverage your deep understanding of manufacturing processes to deliver effective, innovative solutions and apply your strong B2B selling skills to grow key accounts and drive new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their business models, market challenges, and packaging goals.
- Liaise with internal departments (design, production, logistics) to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue and margin growth.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss future plans, and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs and market trends.
To Be Successful, You Will Bring:
- 3+ years of proven success in B2B account management or sales, ideally within packaging, manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or FMCG sectors.
- A solid understanding of manufacturing processes-your knowledge will enable you to translate technical capabilities into compelling client solutions.
- A demonstrated track record in growing account revenue and improving gross margins with existing or new clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.
- High-level organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
