Our client is a market leader in the transport and logistics sector who undertakes all types and sizes of good distrubition, from small consignments to pallets across Australia.

We are looking for a part-time warehouse administrator to join a high performing and rewarding team. Located in Dandenong, the newly created role will report to the warehouse manager and is primarily responsible for creating best practice service, data entry/order processing of all stock/orders and processing receipts alongside taking records of all orders.

Please Note: This is a part-time role and the hours of work are 7am - 12pm everyday on site.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer/s order processing using organisational software system
• Monitor customer databases and resolve performance issues i.e., incorrect locations, incorrect carton counts etc.
• Manage Customer inventory by receipting inbound and processing outbound.
• Helping to assist drivers and clients that attend to the warehouse office.
• Ensure compliance to are adhered to
• Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
• Dealing with routine correspondence using own initiative.
