Role Description:

Prepare financial statements and tax returns for all business entities, including SMSFs and individual income tax returns.

Prepare quarterly and monthly Activity Statements.

Process payroll and superannuation on an going basis for clients.

Liaise directly with clients.

Provide technical tax advice on specific areas of tax/tax planning.

We are looking for someone who has:

A degree with a relevant major. Working towards CPA/CA is great.

3 years + Australian tax experience in an Accounting Practice.

Experience with Xero, Xero Practice Manager (XPM), Xero Tax, Outlook, SuiteFiles, BGL/CAS would be perfect. Training will also be provided.

Good technical tax knowledge, familiar with FBT/Payroll Tax/Div 7A is a bonus.

Exceptional teamwork skills and confidence to contribute suggestions.

Excellent English language skills to be able to work directly with clients.

Excellent attention to detail.

Proactive, motivated individual with problem solving skills.
