About the Role

We are seeking a Qualified HVAC Mechanical Plumber to join our expanding team. This is a hands-on role offering a diverse range of projects and the opportunity to work within a supportive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Installation of gas ducted heaters, split systems, rooftop air conditioners, and hot water systems

Bending, cutting, and joining pipes

Installation of ductwork and programming control systems

Working on rooftops, in new builds, existing homes, and commercial buildings

Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following company safety procedures and policies

Supervising and training apprentices on-site

Reading and interpreting plans and specifications

Communicating effectively with clients and team members

Working collaboratively with the team and contributing to a positive work culture

What We’re Looking For

Fully qualified HVAC mechanical plumber

Plumbing registration/licence (required)

White Card (required)

Valid Victorian driver’s licence

Strong experience with heating and cooling system installations

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Professional presentation and strong communication skills

Ability to lead by example and support apprentices

A team player who thrives in a respectful, hard-working environment
