Do you enjoy helping people, staying organised, and being part of a friendly, down-to-earth team? We’re looking for a Sales & Admin Assistant to join Mack’N Me—a business that makes a real difference by supporting people with mobility needs.

In this role, you'll be assisting customers in finding the right mobility products, processing sales and hire requests, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll do:

Sales & Customer Service

Greet and assist customers in-store, by phone, and via email

Help customers find the right product or hire solution

Process purchases, hire orders, and payments accurately

Track equipment hire contracts, returns, and ongoing invoices

Keep product knowledge up to date

Assist with stock checks, restocking, and product displays

Admin & Operational Support

Maintain accurate customer records and internal databases

Help schedule deliveries and equipment servicing

Respond to phone and email enquiries

Keep digital and paper-based records organised

Assist with invoicing, payments, and account follow-ups

Support compliance with internal processes and procedures

What we’re looking for:

Experience in retail, admin, or customer service

Great communication skills and a helpful attitude

Confident with computers (email, data entry, MS Office)

Organised and good at juggling multiple tasks

Willing to learn about mobility and medical equipment

Bonus points for experience with hire/order tracking systems
