Process Operator – Copper Heap Leach & Electrowinning

North Line Copper is seeking a motivated and reliable Process Operator to join our growing team. Working on a 14:14 roster, you will be part of a small, dedicated crew responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our heap leach and electrowinning facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, operate, and maintain irrigation and drainage systems on the heap leach pads

Monitor and operate copper heap leach process equipment

Harvest copper cathodes in the electrowinning plant

Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of plant equipment

Monitor process parameters to ensure production targets are met

Work collaboratively with the team to optimise plant performance

Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures

About You:

Able to work on a 14/14 FIFO roster

No prior experience required – full training provided

A forklift ticket is advantageous

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks in an outdoor environment

Positive attitude, dependable, and adaptable to remote work conditions
