The Role

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
• Support a variety of internal business processes and client-facing initiatives through tailored application development, workflow automation, and data solutions across web technologies.
• Develop foundational skills in AI and Copilot Studio, contributing to the evolution of an emerging AI-enhanced team and future capabilities

Responsibilities

• Build custom applications with Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Design automated workflows with Power Automate and enhance insights using Power BI dashboards.
• Customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules and implement integrations with external APIs
• Apply Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI for conversational and guided AI workflow
• Collaborate in Agile teams, document technical approaches, and mentor junior developers.
• Maintain web assets, develop bespoke websites, and manage API integrations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Expertise in Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages; experience with Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Programming proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and Python, with knowledge of REST APIs.
• Familiarity with data modeling, database design, and CMS platforms.
• Understanding of Azure AI services (OpenAI, Logic Apps, Cognitive Services) is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and adaptability to changing needs.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (IT, Computer Science, or related field).
