Scarlett’s Autism Therapy Centre is a growing early intervention provider located in Penrith, NSW, supporting children on the autism spectrum or with developmental delays. We are now looking for a dedicated Program Supervisor to join our clinic-based team.

About the Role – What You'll Be Doing

As a Program Supervisor, you will lead the development and delivery of effective, evidence-based behaviour support programs while mentoring team members and partnering with families to achieve life-changing outcomes.

Clinical Responsibilities:

Conduct developmental and behavioural assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP, IISCA, ESDM, Vineland-3)

Design, implement, and monitor individualised treatment plans, including Skills-Based Treatment, FCT, and Functional Life Skills

Prepare progress reports, assessment summaries, and NDIS documentation as required

Supervision and Team Development:

Train and supervise behaviour technicians and junior clinicians

Shadow and provide feedback on clinical sessions

Offer supervision toward certification (BCBA/BCaBA) if applicable

Support professional development across the team

Family and Client Support:

Lead parent training programs with a focus on collaboration and generalisation

Serve as the clinical point of contact for families and team members

Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally with all stakeholders

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone passionate about early intervention, grounded in behavioural science, and excited to build something special in a team-first environment.

You will bring:

Experience in 1:1 behaviour analytic services with young children

BCBA, BCaBA, CBA certification – or postgrad qualifications (or working towards) in Behaviour Analysis or related field

Confidence in conducting functional and developmental assessments

Strong program design, implementation, and clinical problem-solving skills

Experience with team training and clinical supervision

Parent training experience with an emphasis on generalisation and long-term success

Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal

The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
